It was six years ago, that a Lincoln woman went missing. The cold case of Gina Bos has stumped investigators for years. She was last seen leaving Duggan's Pub in downtown Lincoln when she vanished without a trace. Her sister now continues to keep her name and other missing persons in the spotlight.

The night of October 16th, 2000 Gina Bos had just finished performing at an open mic night at Duggan's Pub. That was the last time family and friends heard her music or any word from Gina.

"It started here with a tragedy and you know, it still is a tragedy but people are being found and families of missing are being given hope because of Gina," says Jannel Rap.

Gina's sister Jannel has made it her mission to help get the word out about her sister and other missing persons. Rap's band and artists from around the world are collaborating on a tour they're calling the Squeaky Wheel Tour, hoping to gain worldwide attention so missing persons can be found.

"It gives them hope because they're able to get attention for their loved ones when they normally wouldn't be able to," says Rap.

David Maser and Sherry Schmidt's daughter Melissa Schmidt went missing eleven years ago. They say any chance to get the word out about Melissa is one more step toward bringing her home.

"It's wonderful that they have this to keep awareness and let people know, and it gives me a platform to offer a reward for any information leading to Melissa."

Jannel says she'll continue to keep searching for her sister and helping others search for their loved ones.

"Once you build something, it's kind of hard to tear it down," says Rap.

Lincoln Detective Greg Sorensen says in the case of Gina Bos, there is currently no new information. The biggest clue they need to crack this case right now is finding Gina's body.
