Fired Nebraska coach Frank Solich, interim head coach Bo Pelini and Athletic Director Steve Pederson met with players for the first time since Solich lost his job.
Monday’s meeting also marked defensive coordinator Pelini's first time with players since he stepped into Solich's position.
Offensive lineman Darren DeLone says what happened is bad, but team has to move on.
Linebacker Barrett Ruud says he was glad Solich was able to address the team. Ruud says Solich told the players he was proud of them.
