While in town to speak at the 2009 Boys State, Sen. Ben Nelson stopped to talk about his thoughts on President Obama's nomination of Judge Sonia Sotomayor -- what hurdles she faces and what he expects to discuss with her during a one-on-one meeting next week.

Nelson also commented on the nuclear threat from North Korea and responded to recent criticism over his stance on nationalizing health care.
