A minister who led churches in Lincoln and Council Bluffs has been charged with sexually assaulting four females, including a girl who was 10- or 11-years-old at the time.

Court documents filed in Pottawattamie County detail the allegations against 53-year-old Efrain Umana.

Police say Umana forced the young girls to have sex with him in a room at the church in 2003. Police say that Umana went to another woman's house in 2007 and forced her to have sex with him while her husband was away.

In two 2008 incidents, police say Umana kissed women against their will.

Most of the incidents happened at the Templo Monte Horeb church in Council Bluffs. Previously, Umana had led a Lincoln church called Efecios 2:20.
