Move over New York, Lincoln is the world's theatre capital this week.
More than 2,000 high school students and delegates from across the world flock to Lincoln once a year for the International Thespian Festival. Organizers say it's an opportunity for students to meet with colleges and audition for possible performance scholarships.
"The experience! We can go back to Saipan and tell our family and friends how great this place is. Invite people, come next year," said Zalika Joyner from Saipan.
The festival has been at UNL's Lied Center and Kimball Hall for 15 years. It runs June 22nd - 27th. Tickets to Kimball Hall performances are still available.
