A plea agreement has been made in the murder-case involving Eric Brox, who is accused of killing his mother last October in her Lincoln home.

According to Lancaster County District Court records, the 52-year old Brox entered a no contest plea to second degree murder.

As a result, a jury trial for first degree murder will not be held and Brox will be sentenced in August.

He now faces 20-years to life in prison in connection with the death of his mother, 72-year old Zoe Brox.
