Police have released surveillance pictures of the suspect wanted in an assault with a baseball bat at IHOP.
Officer Katie Flood said she hopes someone recognizes the man.
Lincoln police were called to the IHOP at 4411 N. 27th street just after 4:00pm June 25.
Officer Flood says the 23-year-old victim was having dinner when another man began staring at him.
Flood says men had a brief confrontation, but the manager broke up the argument and the suspect left.
Flood says 15 minutes later the victim went to his car and was jumped by the suspect who beat him severely with a baseball bat, breaking several bones.
