The teenage son of a Hall County sheriff's captain will face drug charges in Hall County District Court.
Kristopher Bahensky has been charged with distributing cocaine.
The 17-year-old Bahensky was arrested in May at Grand Island High School following an investigation into drug activity involving high school students.
Kristopher's father is Capt. Todd Bahensky.
Bahensky's attorney, Mike Kneale, is seeking to have the case transferred to Hall County Juvenile Court.
Bahensky's arraignment in district court is set for July 28.
