The nephew of a man charged with beating his two-year old daughter to death will remain in the custody of the state.
A hearing to determine the placement of the one-year-old boy was held Tuesday in Hall County Court.
The boy is the son of Vanessa Molina, Germai Molina's 15-year-old sister.
Twenty-one-year-old Germai Molina is charged with first-degree murder and felony child abuse for the July 23 beating death of his toddler.
