High Winds Uproot Trees, Cause Power Outages in Nemaha County
Auburn, Neb. Several trees were uprooted in Auburn during a thunderstorm Sunday evening, causing power outages.

The Nemaha County Sheriff's office says as of 10 p.m. Sunday, power to Auburn has been mostly restored.
Officials say trees took out some power lines around 5:00 p.m.
High winds uprooted several large trees in Auburn. Officials say some were blocking roadways. All the limbs that fell created quite a scattered mess of debris.
Traffic lights also went out at an intersection in the town. Crews are still working to restore power in nearby communities.
