A woman critically injured in rollover crash is now charged with DUI.
Lancaster County deputies say 72-year old Wanda Matzner was under the influence and failed to yield to a car while driving her truck on Highway 79 Monday just before 6 p.m.
Matzner was life-flown to BryanLGH West and is still in critical condition. Her passenger, 25-year old Kimberly Witulski, was rushed there by ambulance. She has been upgraded from critical to fair condition.
18-year-old Jacob Jambor was driving the car. He was treated for minor scrapes caused when his airbag deployed -- after his car veered off the road and landed in a ditch.
An employee at a nearby convenience store heard it all.
"I was just standing there at the counter and somebody told me to look out the window. So I looked out the window and the car was sliding upside- down through the intersection," said Lukas Joe.
We don't know if any of the victims were wearing their seat belts.
