A 57-year-old man and his 28-year-old son are facing felony criminal charges for allegations that they repeatedly sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl.
Authorities said the girl was sexually assaulted for 18 months.
Orville Leon Grant and his son, Dale Lee Grant of Lincoln, both face first-degree sexual assault charges in Cass County
A 46-year-old woman, Terri Borron, has been charged with felony child abuse. Investigators said Borron knew of the assaults, but did nothing to stop them.
All three have preliminary hearings set for Thursday in Cass County District Court. Authorities said Orville and Dale Grant assaulted the girl in her Weeping Water home.
The girl, now 14, was taken into protective custody.
Dale Grant remains in Cass County Jail. He had been in prison before for six years after pleading guilty in 1996 to felony second-degree sexual assault on a four-year-old girl in Seward County.
