A Grand Island man has pleaded innocent to charges of first-degree murder and felony child abuse in the death of his two-year-old daughter.
Twenty-one-year-old Germai Molina was arraigned Tuesday in Hall County District Court.
Molina is accused of beating Diana N. Molina to death July 23. Molina claims the child fell down the stairs.
The case is set to go to trial May 10.
Molina's wife Diana C. Molina also is charged with felony child abuse. Her trial is to begin March 22.
