Seward County authorities have arrested five people in connection to possible methamphetamine manufacturing. Tuesday morning, police executed a search warrant on a home in Beaver Crossing where they seized drugs and drug making materials.
Authorities arrested five people: Thomas L. Foster, Thomas N. Foster, Jessica Foster, Philip Ham, and April Pallat. The five have been accused of manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance.
The five appeared in Seward County Court for bond hearings. The judge set bond for all five at $150,000. Besides arresting the five people, police did find a three-week-old baby in the house. The infant child, who belongs to Jessica Foster, was put into protective custody.
The five people connected to this drug bust will be in court again on March 24.
