Seventy-year-old Jean Reaskie of Salt Lake City was among 27 passengers on the bus when it crashed between Shelton and Wood River on Monday.
The bus driver told authorities that he swerved to avoid a jackknifed semi, causing the bus to tip over. The bus came to rest on its passenger side.
