Pilot Injured In Small Plane Crash
Weeping Water, Neb. An Omaha man was hospitalized Sunday afternoon after the small plane he was piloting crashed outside of Weeping Water, Nebraska.

An Omaha man was hospitalized Sunday afternoon after the small plane he was piloting crashed outside of Weeping Water, Nebraska.
The plane went down just before 4 p.m. near 124th Street and Weeping Water Road in Cass County. It took off from an airport east of Weeping Water and was heading to the North Omaha Airport.
The pilot, 57-year-old James Trammell, suffered head, rib and ankle injuries and was taken by helicopter to the Nebraska Medical Center.
The FAA has been contacted to investigate and Emergency Management was called in due to the fuel leakage.
