Former Gage Co. Jailer Sentenced for Sexually Assaulting Inmate
Beatrice, Neb. A former Gage County jail guard who had pleaded guilty after a deal with prosecutors has been given three-to-five years in prison for sexually assaulting an inmate.

A former Gage County jail guard who had pleaded guilty after a deal with prosecutors has been given three-to-five years in prison for sexually assaulting an inmate.
Eugene Fiester tearfully apologized on Tuesday before being sentenced by Judge Daniel Bryan of Gage County District Court.
Fiester had been a guard at the Tecumseh State Prison for six years before joining the Gage County jail staff.
Court records say the 37-year-old had insisted the sex was consensual.
Court records say the woman told her mother in January that she was sleeping in her cell on Jan. 7 when Fiester went in and assaulted her.
Authorities say she's no longer in Gage County custody.

What goes around comes around, no need to worry, he will feel how the victim must have felt when assaulted.

Should have gotten the max. Can't believe that the courts allow such monsters to plead out. Enough is enough!!!!! Clearly an abuse of power. We need to make examples of predators and protect society from people with no self control.
