So far at least one person has died from the outbreak. Attorney General Jon Bruning says Prochaska played a major role in the Fremont Cancer Clinic's Hepatitis C outbreak in 2001.
Bruning says, "She was the one who personally put the needle in the saline bag, put it in another person, same needle, same saline bag, different people. They were all very sick people."
Dr. Tahir Javed is the person Prochaska worked under. Last year, he admitted to unsanitary practices at the clinic. His license was revoked last year.
