Lancaster County Sheriff Terry Wagner says dental records show the remains are those of 42-year-old Rodrigo Delarosa. Wagner says Delarosa was reported missing by his family in Lincoln on Nov. 29, 2000. Wagner says Delarosa's family had not heard from him since about November 1999.
Wagner says an investigation continues into the cause and date of Delarosa's death.
