Heartland Auto Sales at 1159 Saunders avenue was vandalized during the overnight hours of March 23.
It's the fifth reported break-in along the Saunders Street area since the beginning of this year.
No money was taken from the business, but a racial slur and threats were spray painted on the office walls, and the entire office was destroyed.
Police are investigating the loss as a possible hate crime, but spokeswoman Katherine Finnell says the crime fits the same pattern as other vandalisms in the area.
Anyone with information on the break-in is encouraged to call Crimestoppers at 475-3600.
