A Johnson man accused of conspiring to kill his ex-daughter-in-law has pleaded no contest to a reduced charge.
Robert Conn pleaded no contest to attempted conspiracy to commit murder at a hearing Friday in Sherman County District Court. He originally was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
Conn's sentencing is set for June 18th.
