A collision in southeast Nebraska killed a 34-year-old woman from Aurora and injured two of her three children.
York County Sheriff Dale Radcliff says Renae Epp was pronounced dead at the scene two miles south of York on Monday night.
Two of her children -- 10-year-old Jaydin and 8-year-old Brooklyn -- were seriously injured and flown to an Omaha hospital.
Another child, 2-year-old Katrina, was not hurt.
Radcliff says Renae Epp was driving her minivan on U.S. Highway 81 when it crossed into oncoming lanes and collided with a car driven by 34-year-old Thomas Schutz of Omaha. He was flown to a Lincoln hospital for treatment.
A car behind Schutz's clipped its rear, but that car's driver was not hurt.
