Fly Flags at Half-Staff in Honor of Victims of Ft. Hood Tragedy
Lincoln, Neb. Gov. Dave Heineman is reminding Nebraskans to fly state and U.S. flags at half-staff in tribute to the victims of a mass shooting at a U.S. Army base in Fort Hood, Texas.

Gov. Dave Heineman is reminding Nebraskans to fly state and U.S. flags at half-staff in tribute to the victims of a mass shooting at a U.S. Army base in Fort Hood, Texas.
President Barack Obama issued a proclamation Friday calling for flags to be flown at half-staff until sunset on Tuesday.
Thursday's shooting left 13 people dead and more than two dozen wounded. Among the injured was the suspected shooter, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, who remained hospitalized in a coma Friday.
