Lincoln Man Pleaded Not Guilty in District Court to Killing Boyfriend
Lincoln, Neb.
Twenty-eight year old Dallas Huston of Lincoln was arraigned Wednesday morning in Lancaster County District Court and charged with second degree murder in connection with the death of his 22-year old roommate and partner, Ryan Johnson.

Twenty-eight year old Dallas Huston of Lincoln was arraigned Wednesday morning in Lancaster County District Court and charged with second degree murder in connection with the death of his 22-year old roommate and partner, Ryan Johnson.

Huston pleaded not guilty in the case that was originally reported as an assisted suicide. A docket call was set for February 4, 2010.

Second-degree murder comes with a minimum sentence of 20 years in jail and a maximum sentence of life in prison.
