A co-owner of a popular Lincoln bar has been sentenced to five months in federal prison for keeping employees' tax withholdings for himself.
Michael Webb of Barry's Bar and Grill was sentenced for cheating the government out of $120,000 in taxes. He also was sentenced in federal district court to five months of home confinement.
Webb pleaded guilty in February to a felony charge of willfully failing to account for and pay employment taxes.
