UPDATE: Portion of 1-80 in Nebraska WILL NOT Close for Road Work
Lincoln, Neb. A portion on Interstate 80 eastbound scheduled to be shut down as road crews work on a bridge over the interstate will remain open due to weather conditions.

A portion on Interstate 80 eastbound will not be shut down for road crews to work on a bridge over the interstate.
I-80 was scheduled to be closed between Waverly and Greenwood starting at 11 p.m. Sunday and continuing through 6 a.m. Monday, weather permitting.
Icy conditions have stopped any work from being performed on the bridge according to Nebraska State Patrol officials. The Interstate will remain open.
