As the victims of Saturday's tornado find ways to salvage what they can, community members are finding ways to pitch in.

Nebraska Emergency Management Agency is no longer looking for items, however they are still taking cash donations.
The drop-off location in Lincoln is at the former K-Mart on 56th and Highway 2.

In Beatrice the drop-off location is at the Fastenal Company on North 6th Street.

The Salvation Army is also taking donations at its Omaha and Beatrice locations. You can also call 1-800-SAL-ARMY.

The Red Cross is taking donations. You can mail it to their disaster relief fund:

P.O. Box 83267
Lincoln, NE 68501

Every morning at 8:00 a.m. volunteers will gather in Princeton at the Countryside Alliance Church at 24005 S 12th St. to organize people who will assist tornado victims. No volunteer assistance will be needed Sunday, officials have decided to give people the day off so they can rest. Volunteer efforts will resume on Monday and continue until further notice.
