Rescue crews have found a small plane with three Nebraskans that have been missing since Sunday.

Authorities say all three passengers are dead.

Ground crews found debris at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday morning and discovered the plane wreckage shortly thereafter.

The plane was carrying Rod and Char Lashley, of Mitchell, and Leslie Hofmeister of Scottsbluff.

They are parents and girlfriend of University of Arizona golfer Nate Lashley, also a Mitchell native. He was not on the plane.

Investigators with the National Transportation Safety Board are en route, as well as local body recovery teams.

The plane disappeared from radar south of Dubois on Sunday.

Authorities say Rod Lashley was apparently trying to fly to Riverton to wait out a spate of bad weather.
