A father and son struck by lightning Sunday evening while reportedly walking around Lake Zorinsky in west Omaha remain hospitalized with their injuries.
Omaha police say 59-year-old John Reimer and his 21-year-old son Joshua Reimer were knocked off their feet when lightning hit John about 7:23 p.m. Saturday.
Hospital officials today (Monday) said John Reimer remains in critical condition from burns, while his son has improved to good condition.
