A Nebraska man who hijacked a Greyhound bus is behind bars in Utah after being captured just west of the Colorado line.
The bus had just left Green River for Grand Junction yesterday afternoon when the man used a knife to take control of the bus. He ordered everybody off except the driver and was captured an hour and a half later.
Greyhound spokeswoman Lynn Brown says none of the passengers were injured. The company sent them another bus to take them to Grand Junction.
The man, believed to be in his late-20s, was identified as Antonio Hernandez, of Lexington, Nebraska. Authorities say he was apparently traveling to Nebraska to see his estranged wife.
