The Milford Public School Board held an emergency meeting Sunday night to determine the fate of its superintendent, Douglas Eicher. During the meeting Sunday night, the school board decided that it cannot talk publically about what they will do with Eicher. The Board obtained the assistance of The Perry Law Firm to advise them on these matters.

Eicher was arrested Friday morning in Lincoln and charged with suspicion of third degree sexual assault. Police accuse him of assaulting a male undercover police officer at Wilderness Park.

The School Board does say that it will continue to provide a safe learning environment for the students and staff of the district.
