More details are released about the death of a Lincoln toddler.
According to a police affidavit, 22-month-old Christian Blair was found dead in his home last Wednesday.
Officials say the boy's hands were burned, and his body was found next to an electrical outlet, which had a metal staple stuck into it.
The child's mother, 22-year-old Brandi Blair, has been arrested for child abuse. She is scheduled to be formally charged in Lancaster County Court on Wednesday.
Reports say others who live in the home told police the mother left the toddler unattended for about two days.
