Two Nebraska daycare providers are losing their licenses. That was what the state Department of Health and Human Services announced Thursday.
Milicent Johnson of Omaha and Patricia Bush-Morton of Lincoln both had their home daycare licenses pulled for failing to disclose information about past criminal offenses. Both women denied criminal pasts but records show they both had past offenses.
HHS records show that safety violations at Johnson's day care also contributed to the loss of her license.
The revocations go into effect July 4. Johnson and Bush-Morton may reapply for their licenses in two years.
