A 19-year-old Filley man has posted 10-percent of his $25,000 bond on Gage County charges related to a traffic accident that killed a Filley woman and her young child.
Michael Alm was booked Thursday on suspicion of two counts of motor vehicle homicide, driving under a suspended license and providing false information to law officers.
Authorities accuse Alm of running a stop sign at an intersection near Beatrice June 23. The collision killed 14-month-old Tayten Buhr and caused injuries that led to the death of Tayten's 36-year-old mother, Susan Buhr, on Sunday.
Alm is scheduled back in Gage County Court July 16.
