Omaha police say a 28-year-old man suffered a severe arm injury late Sunday in a fireworks accident.
The unidentified man was taken in critical condition to the Nebraska Medical Center.
Police Lieutenant Gerald Hawley says the man lit a five-inch artillery shell in a driveway around 11:00 last night, and an explosion severely injured the man's arm.
