A Lexington man, arrested over the weekend for murder, appeared in Dawson County Court in Lexington Tuesday.
According to court records, 26-year old David Lastra was arraigned on three charges, including second degree murder in connection with the death of 21-year old Darcey Lee, whose body was found Sunday night by police.
Lexington Police say Lee was shot. An autopsy has been scheduled.
Lastra is also charged with use of a weapon to commit a felony and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
A preliminary hearing was set for June 10 and bond for Lastra was set at 10 percent of $1 million.
