An accused sex offender will have to wait until March for a judge to decide whether the investigator who arrested him will testify at his trial.

10/11 News first reported that Chad Eggebraaten set foot on school grounds in Crete late last year.

Now, the Nebraska State Patrol investigator who questioned and arrested Eggebraaten may no take the stand at his trial.

The judge will decide later whether his full testimony, or parts of it, will be allowed.
