John Henry's Heating and Air Crews were busy Tuesday fixing air conditioning units that couldn't take the heat.
Crews say these units have been worked hard the past two days trying to keep homes cool during Monday and Tuesday's heat wave.
It's put a great strain on these appliances.
"A lot of units are starting to get older, a lot of customers forget that air conditioners like cars need common maintenance done," said Thad Bertsch.
Newer models are built to withstand temperatures well over 95 degrees and older models cannot keep up. Bertsch says it's commonly just a quick repair that's needed.
