Lincoln police are searching for paintball vandals who hit at least 13 cars between Thursday night and Friday morning.

Police said the cars targeted are near Northwest 41st Street and Leighton Avenue.

Not all the victims filed police reports, but Michael Toll wanted action. He was not happy with the orange paint splattered on his SUV.

"I'm not sure if it's just the kids out here or if it's somebody being stupid," Toll said. "The neighborhood is pretty well watched. I don't know why they would do it. My parents have lived out here for nine, ten years. It;s just one of those, it's stupid. I don't know why people would do that."

Police expect more reports to be filed Friday.
