Like a scene out of Mission Impossible, a thief broke into an apartment through the ceiling.

It happened Wednesday in the 5200 block of Huntington Street.

Police say the burglar entered an access panel in a shared hallway, crawled through a vent, then kicked through the ceiling.

He made off with jewelry and electronics worth about $2,500.

Police have no suspects.

Call Crimestoppers with any information.
