Business Owner Worried Over Citation

Let it rain, let it rain.

Lincoln's mandatory water restriction is over, history, yesterday's news.

The city also says it's going to offer pardons to hundreds of people who got tickets, after getting busted for watering their grass on the wrong occasion.

For one Lincoln business owner who got nailed with a ticket, she's very concerned about her future and her clean record, staying clean.
