Can Care-A-Van Monday: Superior, Sutton and Fairbury

The 27th annual Can Care-A-Van's Monday stops included Superior, Fairbury & Sutton!

10/11's Bridget Fargen and meteorologist Tony DeGrand will help take donations for the Nuckolls County Food Pantry from 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.

The goal for the day is to gather 2,500 pounds of food. Bring donations to 410 N Central Avenue Superior, NE.

Most Needed Items: Beef Stew, Tuna, Canned Chicken, Canned Ham, Chili Beans, Pork 'n Beans, Baked Beans, Pinto Beans, Ketchup, Jelly, Applesauce, Peaches, Pears, Fruit Cocktail, Pineapple, Rice, Rice Products, Dish Soap, Bar Soap, Laundry Soap.

Fargen and DeGrand will also head to Fairbury. To donate food head to Walmart North Highway 15, in Fairbury from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The goal for Fairbury is 2,500 pounds.

Most Needed Items:Cereal, Peanut butter, Jelly, Pancake Mix, Syrup, Mac'n Cheese, Crackers, Soup, Instant potatoes, Canned Fruits.

10/11 Central Nebraska's Kim Cung will be in Sutton. She'll be helping gather donations at the Sutton City Park Pavilion. To donate food, visit 206 E Ash Street in Sutton. The goal for the Sutton area is 5,000 pounds.

Most Needed Items: Soup, Cereal, Canned meat, Beans, Pork'n Beans, Personal Hygiene items, Monetary Donations.
