Can Care-A-Van Tuesday: Aurora & Lexington

The 27th annual Can Care-A-Van's Tuesday stops include Aurora & Lexington.

10/11's Taryn & Jon Vanderford and meteorologist Brad Anderson will help take donations for the Hamilton County Food Pantry from 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

The goal for the day is to gather 10,000 pounds of food. Bring donations to 1118 N Street Aurora, NE.

Most Needed Items: Canned Fruit, Canned Soups, Pasta, Pasta Sauce, Cereal, Peanut Butter, Toilet paper.

10/11 North Platte's Adam Uhernik will be in Lexington. He'll be helping gather donations at the Plum Creek Market Place. To donate food, visit 1411 Plum Creek Parkway in Lexington. The goal for the Lexington area is 1,500 pounds.

Most Needed Items: Canned non-perishable Food Items, Any Pasta, Peanut Butter, Dry Rice, Beans, Cereal, Any Donations Welcome.
