Convenience Store Managers on Alert After Robberies

One Lincoln convenience store manager says safety is at the top of his work check list right now, after some area, armed holdups.
On Thursday morning, a Kwik Shop on North Cotner was held up at gunpoint.
And last month, a Shell station was held up by an armed robber in Havelock.
Jay McCarthy says he understands the inherent dangers of the job, but also says he and his co-workers are prepared for anything that could go wrong, while on the job.
"I feel confident in our ability should something happen here...We're fully prepared and ready to handle the situation," said McCarthy.
