A three-car crash late Monday afternoon snarled traffic for drivers on their evening commute.
It happened at 14th Street and Cornhusker, Highway and brought traffic to a stand still.
Lincoln Police Captain Jim Davidsaver said two cars collided head on after getting side swiped by a third car.
An ambulance took both drivers of the head on collision to the hospital with serious injuries. Capt. Davidsaver said their injuries do not appear to be life threatening.
