Robotics teams from Cross County Schools will soon be competing against teams from all over the globe.
Cross County won the state competition in Omaha where they competed against 170 other teams from across Nebraska. Three Cross County teams ended up qualifying for the world tournament in Anaheim, California.
Coaches say the teams have put in hundreds of hours preparing for the competitions.
They also add that the community has been very supportive of the teams by helping them with finances and even coming out to the competitions.
Cross County has six robotics teams total.
The world tournament will take place April 23-26.
