The driver of an ATV will spend time in prison for a crash that killed one person and injured three others.

27-year-old Myles Virgil of Raymond was sentenced to prison for 48 to 60 months following his conviction of Motor Vehicle Homicide in the Saunders County District Court.

Investigators have said Virgil left a party on the ATV with three passengers the night of August 9, 2009. He lost control of the vehicle on a dark trail west of Valparaiso. Police say Virgil had been drinking alcohol before the crash.

Brenda Strizek was killed in the crash.
