Police cite three teens after they say the group harassed a tow truck driver just before 2:30 Tuesday morning.

They say a 16-year-old parked his car in the Little Caesars lot at 56th and Holdrege, not knowing it could get towed after hours.

When the tow truck pulled up and started hooking up the teen's car, the teen confronted the driver. Police say he got very upset. That's when the other two teens joined in.

Police say the three pounded on the Capital Towing truck, while the driver took refuge inside.

Police cite all three teens for disturbing the peace and two of them for minor in possession.
