Drunk Driver Leads LPD on Chase

A drunk driver got a rude awakening from police after passing out behind the wheel.
Just before 3:00 Saturday morning, LPD responded to 82nd and Old Cheney on a report of an unconscious driver.
When officers woke the man, he sped off, crossing the median and hitting a large rock.
The chase ended at 84th and Highway 2.
The driver was arrested on numerous charges including DUI.
