Lincoln, Neb. One woman is in the hospital following an early morning crash. Just before 12:30 Saturday morning emergency crews were called to 27th and Pine Lake road for the collision where one driver was reported to be trapped.

Police say a pickup was traveling north and a car was westbound when they collided.

LFR captain Guy Pinkman says the impact crushed the side of the car not allowing the driver to get out.

That driver was taken to the hospital for what are believed to be minor injuries.

Police are continuing their investigation and believe alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
